Eligibility:
The Blossom 500 Savings Challenge (the "Campaign") is open to all existing and new users of the Blossom app who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence by the start of the Campaign. Employees of BlossomApp Pty Ltd (the "Company"), its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Campaign Period:
The Campaign commences after 4:00PM on September 2nd, concludes at 4:00PM on September 27 ("Campaign Period").
How to Participate:
To enter, participants must increase their net account balance by $500 above the balance on campaign announcement. Each increment of $500 saved grants the participant one entry ("Blossom Ticket") into the daily draw, for each day of the draw During the Campaign Period, the growth cut-off is 4:00pm AEST daily.
Daily Prize:
Each day during the Campaign Period, one eligible Blossom Ticket will be randomly selected to receive a $500 bonus credited to their Blossom account.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected via a random draw conducted by the Company each business day during the Campaign Period. The decision of the Company is final and binding.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via email, phone call or SMS within one (1) business day of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not in compliance with these terms, the Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Reward Fulfillment:
The $500 bonus will be credited to the winners' Blossom accounts within two business days after winner confirmation.
General Conditions:
The Campaign is provided by BlossomApp Pty Ltd. Any obligation to provide the bonus is the responsibility of the Company and not of the managed investment scheme known as Blossom Fund.
Campaign Modifications:
The Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if any problem prevents the Campaign from running as planned.
Taxation:
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes associated with receiving the prize.
Personal Information:
Information collected from participants is subject to the Company's privacy policy and will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign.
Governing Law:
The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located.
Fraudulent Activities:
Any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent or manipulative activities to game the system will be disqualified from the competition, and the Company reserves the right to take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of the challenge.
