Your bank transfer could be delayed for a few reasons:
· Your first transfer may be placed on a 24-72 hour hold by your bank.
· There may be a compliance check in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering legislation.
· Your transfer was rejected by your bank.

For a bank transfer, we’ll give you a unique BSB and Account Number. You can use this to transfer funds yourself through your online banking or mobile banking app. With a bank transfer, your funds will reach your account instantly (subject to banking and payment systems).
To invest via bank transfer, follow the steps below:
1. Go to Transfers > Add Funds
2. Choose Blossom Save or Blossom Plus
3. Input the amount you would like to transfer
4. Choose bank transfer as your payment method
5. Copy the BSB and Account Number
6. Open your internet banking or banking app
7. Select 'pay someone new’ or 'new payee'
8. Select pay to a 'Bank accunt' and paste the BSB, Account Number and Account Name
9. Enter the amount and select Pay.
Please note, you will have a different BSB and Account Number for Blossom Save and Blossom Plus - make sure you copy the correct one for your transfer.
You can fund your Blossom account via PayID, Direct Debit or bank transfer. Go to Transfers > Add Funds in your Blossom app or on the web. With PayID or bank transfer, your funds will reach your account instantly. Please note, you will have a different PayID and BSB and Account Number for Blossom Save and Blossom Plus - make sure you copy the correct one for your transfer.
Yes, you can open a Blossom account in the name of your Trust. You must be a beneficial owner of the Trust or an individual Trustee or Director of the Company Trustee, to open a Trust account with Blossom.
